Return Condition

To qualify for an exchange or refund, returned items must be in sellable condition: unworn (other than trying on), unwashed, free of stains, scuffs, tears, or odors, and in the original packaging with manufacturer tags attached.

Tip: include a photo showing the item intact with its original packaging and tags to speed up your return.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

For any return due to non-quality reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Only quality-related returns (defects, wrong or missing items) qualify for free return shipping.
