This is a great emergency IFAK bag. Votagoo makes amazing products, and this is one of them! There's a lot of storage options, and everything is easy to get into. I love how functional it is and how many options there are for packing different items. It's built very well for the price point! It's very easy to carry, and comfortable. I like that it doesn't have a thick profile. Very pleased with this on my rig!

I was very impressed with this pouch, the quality is great and seems like it would last awhile under stress and use. It’s the perfect size to attach to a bigger pack or even a duty belt, compartment space is very limited and would only be good to put the essentials for a trauma kit, with the right space you can store a full size CAT tourniquet. Would highly recommend if your looking for a trauma kit pouch
This is a solid IFAK pouch, if you're looking for the roll-up style. It is nice in that you can get all your gear rolled out and available quickly and in an organized way, but it doesn't protect the gear quite as well as one that zips fully around everything, including the tourniquet. That's my biggest gripe with this pouch, honestly. I'm not a fan of the external TQ loop. It just doesn't seem super secure or protective.
